Shipping to the United States

We are pleased to inform you that we have secured a reliable shipping carrier for deliveries to the United States.
Orders to the U.S. are accepted and shipped via FedEx only.

Shipping fees are generally set at USD 29.99, however the final shipping cost may vary depending on the weight and size of the package.
For heavier or oversized items, additional shipping charges may apply.
The final shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Express Shipping (FedEx)

    • Tracking included

    • Estimated delivery time: approx. 5–10 business days

    • U.S. import duties and customs fees are included in the shipping cost

    • No additional customs charges will be billed upon delivery

FedEx is used to ensure stable and reliable delivery under current U.S. customs regulations.

🌍 Other Countries

  • Standard Shipping
    Shipped via Japan Post with tracking, approx. 15–20 business days, depending on destination.

  • Express Shipping
    Shipped via EMS or FedEx, with tracking, approx. 5–10 business days.
    (The shipping carrier is selected by our store based on destination, package size, and current shipping conditions.)

⚠️ Delivery times may be extended if packages are held for customs inspection.

Customs & Import Duties

United States

Import duties and customs fees are included in the shipping cost.

All Other Countries

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery only if the item is damaged or defective.

  • Please contact us before returning the item and provide clear photos of the issue.

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective.
