Processing Time

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Pre-order items will be shipped according to the schedule indicated on the product page.

Shipping Methods & Shipping Fees

Shipping fees may vary depending on the weight, size, and destination of the package.
For heavier or oversized items, additional shipping charges may apply.
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Express Shipping (FedEx / EMS)

  • Tracking included
  • Estimated delivery time: approx. 5–10 business days
  • U.S. import duties and customs fees are included in the shipping cost (DDP)
  • No additional customs charges will be billed upon delivery

Standard Shipping (Japan Post)

  • Tracking included
  • Estimated delivery time: approx. 6–20 business days
  • U.S. import duties and customs fees are included in the shipping cost (DDP)
  • No additional customs charges will be billed upon delivery

Shipping fees for U.S. orders are calculated based on package weight and size and are confirmed at checkout.

Other Countries

  • Standard Shipping
    Shipped via Japan Post with tracking, approx. 15–20 business days, depending on destination.

  • Express Shipping
    Shipped via EMS or FedEx, with tracking, approx. 5–10 business days.
    (The shipping carrier is selected by our store based on destination, package size, and current shipping conditions.)

Customs & Import Duties

  • United States:
    Import duties and customs fees are included in the shipping cost.

  • All Other Countries:
    All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
    Customs procedures, fees, and processing times are determined by each country’s regulations.

Customs authorities may open packages for inspection.
Minor box deformation, tape marks, or slight damage caused by customs inspection are not covered by our compensation policy.
