Refund policy

We accept returns only in the case of defective or damaged items.
If you receive an item that is broken, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at japan@bell-world.com.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number and photos of the damage when you contact us.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defects (such as change of mind, size, or preference). Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds will be issued once we have received and inspected the returned item. Refunds are made to your original payment method and may take several business days depending on your bank or credit card company.
